Richard Chambers

Richard Chambers is a senior partner and co-founder of the firm and is head of our international trade and commercial departments. 

He deals primarily with international commercial litigation and arbitration.  His main areas of speciality are the Conflict of Laws and International Commercial Law.

His other areas of interest include International Tax Planning and Computer Law.

Richard is the author of various articles including "Cyprus: A place to do business(1996)", Cyprus Offshore Taxation - An incentive for UK Business? - Certain Legal Aspects(1997)", "Computers and the Law(1997)", "Plea Bargaining(1997)".

 Michael Constantine Chambers LL.B. Honours (WALES)

Michael Constantine Chambers is a senior partner and co-founder of the firm. He currently heads our offshore and corporate departments.  Michael has wide experience in all aspects of Offshore and Corporate Law and  largely deals with private and public company contracts and regulation.

He also specializes in Constitutional Law and European Community Law.  Michael is the author of "Cyprus and its Constitution(1993)".

Helen Orondis has wide experience in Intellectual Property Law and deals primarily with Copyright, Patents and Trademarks.  Her other areas of interest include Criminology and Criminal Justice and often researches on possible miscarriages of justice.

Demetra Papachilleos

Demetra Papachilleos joined the firm in 1998 and was appointed head of our Litigation Department. She deals primarily with General Commercial and Civil Litigation. She also deals with Commercial Arbitration and Criminal Law.
