Offshore Department
Our offshore department which deals exclusively with the formation and administration of offshore companies, not only in Cyprus but on an international level. The group is made up of a team of expert tax lawyers who provide advice on the best possible means of minimising taxation either for large corporate groups or private individuals.
Shipping Department
Our shipping department, in addition to handling all issues relating to disputes arissing from carriage of goods by sea, charterparties, bill of ladings etc., undertakes all matters relating to the incorporation and management of shipping companies in Cyprus.
Commercial Department

Banking Department
The banking group deals largely with syndicate loans, bonds, swaps and derivatives. It also provides day to day advice on banking regulatory matters and asset-backed financing mainly with regard to cross border transactions.
Intellectual Property Department
